Let's get physical!

Well, I have a police test coming up with a local department on November 22, and along with that comes the physical portion. This is the second time I'll have tested at the same department and last time it was the dreaded sit-ups that got me. While looking online for some work-out regimens I came across a program called A Hundred Pushups. You're supposed to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups after following the 6 week program, but we'll see how that goes. I'm halfway through week three and am starting to struggle. But, you gotta do what ya gotta do.

Why, hello!

Welcome to my blog! Since this whole "internet" fad doesn't seem to be dying anytime soon, I thought I might as well join in on the fun. So what will be posted here? Well, I want it to be a hodge-podge of what I think and do throughout my little old life. So to start this out I suppose I should let you know a bit about me first.

My name is Chase, and I am 23 years old. I just moved back to the Dallas area recently, and am happy to be back. I work at a country club (which I'm sure I will mention somewhere on this thing about how much it sucks) but I am trying to get a job at a police department. I am a huge fan of movies, hockey, and football so I'm sure I'll be sprinkling a bit of those in this here blog as well. I have a fiance named Michelle whom I have been with for over seven years now. Our wedding is this June. Other than that, I have no pets, or children (that I claim to know of) and consider myself a pretty average guy. I look foward to letting complete strangers read about my life!
