Let's get physical!

Well, I have a police test coming up with a local department on November 22, and along with that comes the physical portion. This is the second time I'll have tested at the same department and last time it was the dreaded sit-ups that got me. While looking online for some work-out regimens I came across a program called A Hundred Pushups. You're supposed to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups after following the 6 week program, but we'll see how that goes. I'm halfway through week three and am starting to struggle. But, you gotta do what ya gotta do.
